We always include the latest version of included plugins in new Nitro version.
There are 2 ways to update included plugins:
Automatically update
Go to your WP Dashboard > Appearance > Plugins, then click on “Update Required” to get the latest version for plugins.
Manually update
If you want to use these latest plugin versions, you need to uninstall the current plugin version on your site, then upload and install the latest version using plugin files on the latest Nitro package.
